I wanted to start off by saying these apartments have approved so much in the past few months that I lived here thanks to Maria and Mary and Roman and the other guys that do maintenance we appreciate the support you guys give us and how sweet and awesome you guys really are the apartment is looking so beautiful ❤️ thank you all

Since the change in management, everything has improved. The change in the apartments, which were generally neglected, is truly noticeable. Excellent management, which has taken care to put everything in order and repair everything that was in disrepair.

I have lived at The Atrii for 2 years and now with a new owner and new management with people like Deana Romero at the helm things could only get better. I wanted to live here for over 30 years and now it is totally worth it. I recommend that if someone is looking for a homey, comfortable community this is the place to be.

The new management team are Rockstars. They are working hard to get turn this place around and addressing all concerns. They are so responsive to concerns! Thank you to Deana, Keny, and the entire maintenance crew!

We have lived here over 10+ years. When we first moved in it was awesome! Then Echelon took over and stopped doing repairs and addressing tenants concerns. Then AMC, LLC took over and finished turning it into a slum property. We were considering moving out and then Urban Phenix took over. The team had really stepped up to address issues and concerns. They are so responsive to our concerns. Deana, Keny, Don, Erinson, Roman, Nick and the rest of the team are Rockstars! The property is finally starting to feel like it did when we first moved in.
