We've lived at the Atrii Apartments since 2015 and it sure has had its ups and downs. What has been consistant all these years is the low price in rent. It's very hard to find a place in Denver for less. The Atrii is not perfect but from our experience it has a lot to do with the tenants not respecting the property (like the pool and facilities). Anytime we've had maintenance requests, as long as we brought up our issues to management, things were taken care of. Esmeralda and her team have been working to make things better this past year and trying to keep the property in good shape. Keeping the community safe and clean as possible is not easy but for the work they have been doing, we are so thankful.

Staff is incredible and super knowledgeable and polite, always going the extra mile for residents needs. Management goes beyond their ways to make sure every resident gets their request taken care of. Thanks again for helping us with property details and apartment questions.

I’ve been living at the atrii for almost 2 months and I absolutely love it! The maintenance guy “William” is very helpful and the manager Esmeralda is an absolute treasure. She’s been consistent with helping me with everything and more that I’ve needed since I moved in. She’s a heaven sent. I plan on staying here for awhile! 😊
